Senior Account Manager

What you will do:

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships as the trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of accounts;
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings for exceptional customer service;
  • Communicate effectively through various channels, meeting high standards and processes;
  • Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally;
  • Provide detailed information on our innovative services and products;
  • Support customers in launching successful ad campaigns;
  • Deliver persuasive performance reports and QBR presentations to key clients;
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and act as a mentor for junior colleagues;
  • Drive impactful projects in account management, becoming a go-to expert;
  • Collaborate with sales teams to foster relationships with consumer brands and stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in online advertising campaigns’ management, preferably for Fortune 1000 clients;
  • Experience in digital media agencies handling branding, video, and full-funnel campaigns;
  • Proficiency in DSPs;
  • In-depth understanding of agency campaign cycles and decision drivers;
  • Proven success in creating and managing media plans;
  • Persuasive communicator with negotiation and presentation skills;
  • MS Office expertise: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
  • Multi-tasking, high-energy, and resourceful mindset;
  • Strong motivation and ability to inspire others;
  • Experience in mentoring or developing others is a plus.
