What you will do:
- Cultivate long-term partnerships as the trusted advisor for a diverse portfolio of accounts;
- Conduct regular in-person meetings for exceptional customer service;
- Communicate effectively through various channels, meeting high standards and processes;
- Address customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally;
- Provide detailed information on our innovative services and products;
- Support customers in launching successful ad campaigns;
- Deliver persuasive performance reports and QBR presentations to key clients;
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and act as a mentor for junior colleagues;
- Drive impactful projects in account management, becoming a go-to expert;
- Collaborate with sales teams to foster relationships with consumer brands and stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years managing online advertising campaigns, preferably for Fortune 1000 clients;
- 3+ years in digital media agencies handling branding, video, and full-funnel campaigns;
- Proficiency in self-service DSPs;
- In-depth understanding of agency campaign cycles and decision drivers;
- Proven success in creating and managing media plans;
- Persuasive communicator with negotiation and presentation skills;
- MS Office expertise: Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;
- Multi-tasking, high-energy, and resourceful mindset;
- Strong motivation and ability to inspire others;
- Experience in mentoring or developing others is a plus.
