Your responsibilities:

• Legal processing and supervision of company business documentation, including client services agreements;
• Preparation and coordination of legal documents within Polish and foreign entities;
• Providing legal support to employees and stakeholders on related matters;
• Ensuring consistency in commercial documentation throughout the region;
• Participation in the creation and updating of procedures in close collaboration with sales and financial departments;
• Preparation of reports, analyses, summaries for the internal needs of the company.

Our Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in legal practice, preferably in an international law firm;
• Completed attorney apprenticeship will be a plus;
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of law, with special regard to intellectual property, agency collaboration, contract law and advertising market regulations;
• Very good command of English in speaking and writing (min. C1);
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese would be an additional asset;
• Practical knowledge of MS Office;
• Good communication skills and ability to work within an international team;
• Attention to detail and accuracy;
• Proactiveness and flexibility;
• Ability to meet deadlines and reliability in work performance.
