VP of Sales, Italy
We are a fast-growing ad tech company that is revolutionizing the programmatic advertising industry with our deep learning-based Cookieless DSP technology. As a VP of Sales, you will be responsible for building and managing our business in Italy.
What you will do:
- Build our business in Italy;
- Co-create and drive the sales strategy focused on winning new clients from direct brands and agencies;
- Deliver revenue from new business and meet revenue targets through disciplined sales process and operational excellence;
- Attend conferences and events while elevating the company's new brand recognition through various channels including social media;
- Acquire & manage talent to increase our sales force in the Italian market.
What is required:
- Extensive experience in programmatic ad sales;
- Strong book of business & network among large brands and agencies (ideally on consultant/senior level);
- Strategic seller able to solve client problems through consultative approach;
- Type A personality - driven, success hungry, challenger;
- Ability to move fast and maximize outcomes in a challenging environment;
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical, decision-making and leadership skills;
- Extremely client facing - actively joining meetings;
- Good speaker, communicator, presenter able to represent the new entity in front of Italian media.
