IBSA Italy is part of the Institut Biochimique SA Group, a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company present in over 90 countries. For a pharmaceutical brand like IBSA, communication is not just a matter of numbers, but of trust and clarity. For the launch of its FlectorGO product campaign, IBSA Italy relied on Adlook for an ambitious goal: to reach a vast and diverse audience, ensuring the video message was not only seen but understood through to the end.

The Challenge

IBSA Italy aimed to increase awareness of FlectorGO by maximizing full video views, ensuring the product’s message was delivered effectively to active, diverse audiences. In an ID-agnostic, fragmented digital landscape, the challenge was to combine scale with precision — reaching the right users in the right moment, while maintaining strict privacy, brand safety, and attention standards.

The Strategy

To meet IBSA’s goals, Adlook designed the campaign on a CPCV (Cost per Completed View) model, guaranteeing completed views and removing risk from the client’s side.

Using our AI-powered targeting solution, we defined four lifestyle-driven segments most aligned with moments of muscle or joint discomfort: Sport Fans, Fitness Lovers, Travellers and Party Makers.

The platform optimized delivery in real time to prioritize placements most likely to achieve full completions. By combining content-based targeting with premium publisher environments, the campaign ensured that impressions not only reached the right audience but also delivered strong attention and message retention.

The results

The campaign exceeded expectations by combining reach, video completion, and privacy-first delivery, proving that targeting precision and premium inventory can drive both scale and depth of engagement, delivering measurable, high-quality outcomes:
