1. The controller of your personal data collected through LinkedIn, online professional networking platforms and publicly available online sources accessed by our suppliers, is the company of Adlook corporate group for which a given recruitment process is conducted (“Adlook”, “we” or “us”). The details of this company can be obtained from the person contacting you on behalf of Adlook.
2. We will process your personal data available on your public profile on LinkedIn, other online professional networking platforms, and other websites with publicly available personal data collected by our suppliers such as your name and information related to your education and professional career in order to carry out recruitment processes for the vacant positions at Adlook companies, for which you were selected as a suitable candidate, and to contact with you to determine, if you are interested in starting cooperation with Adlook. We contact selected candidates based on their professional profile published online.
3. Any personal data related to you we may have obtained so far (prior to contacting you) originates from publicly accessible sources such as LinkedIn, other professional networking platform services and other publicly available websites accessed by our suppliers.
4. The legal basis for processing of your personal data is the legitimate interests pursued by the company of the Adlook corporate group for which a given recruitment process is conducted. Our legitimate interest consists of increasing the recruitment pool and probability of finding a suitable candidate for vacant positions at Adlook.
5. Adlook will store your personal data throughout the recruitment process and for subsequent 6 months or until you object to the processing of your personal data. If you let us know that you’re not interested in starting cooperation with Adlook, we will delete your data immediately.
6. Adlook will transfer your personal data to data processors involved in the recruitment process (such as other companies from Adlook corporate group or recruitment software providers). These entities will process your personal data pursuant to executed data processing agreements with Adlook and exclusively based on instructions issued by Adlook.
7. Your personal data may be sent to a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and processed there by our service providers only after implementing measures necessary to ensure the transfer is in compliance with applicable laws. Such measures may include (without limitation) transferring the personal data to a recipient in a country that the European Commission has decided provides adequate protection or to a data recipient outside the EEA that has entered into EU Standard Contractual Clauses referred to in article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR. Your data may be transferred to third countries and international organizations when entities based in these countries have implemented appropriate safeguards for the personal data being processed.
