Beautynova is a leading Italian group in the professional hair cosmetics sector, specialized in the research, development, and production of innovative trichological products. Beautynova is internationally recognized for the quality and effectiveness of its formulations.

Its brand portfolio includes premium names such as milk_shake®, z.one concept™, Medavita, and Urban Tribe, which are sold in over 70,000 professional salons across more than 70 countries.

Our Challenge

Elisièr, Medavita’s newly launched strengthening serum, is a scientifically formulated product designed to revitalize and protect hair.

A key challenge was to identify the most effective media mix to maximize reach and ensure the message resonated with this unique audience within the competitive personal care market.

Our Solution

We leveraged our proprietary technology to identify and engage target groups in environments where standard approaches often underperform or fail. Based on the client's detailed persona, we activated key audience segments and enriched them using ContentGPT - powered by GPT and LLM technologies - that interprets and engage audiences through marketing descriptions.

Our Creative Lab produced four creative formats (video and display), across two concept lines. A deep learning algorithm then optimized asset delivery for maximum format synergy, reach and visibility within the target group.

To measure campaign effectiveness, we run a Brand Lift Study focused on unaided brand recall - providing strong evidence of our impact on brand awareness.

The campaign engaged over 1.5 million targeted users, delivering a +35.2% vs expected reach (408,156 more users than planned).

Ongoing optimization toward top-performing placements ensured strong visibility, with viewability consistently exceeding 90%, maximizing real user exposure. Video ads achieved 81%+ completion rate, demonstrating strong user engagement and genuine interest in the content.

The Brand Lift Study confirmed impact on awareness, with a +136% uplift in Unaided Brand Recall among potential consumers exposed to the campaign.
